Billboard Model in Cinema 4D

I’m going to try and export this to After Effects and have video playing on the billboard. I thought it might be a cool exercise to try out the workflow between Cinema 4D and After Effects. This billboard was created fairly quickly with lots of clones and copying. For the support system behind the sign, I created one metal angle beam and duplicated it and rotated it to fit and make a realistic structure. I think it turned our pretty good. 1st Day Modeling a Calculator

Today at the office contemplating what I should model next, I saw a calculator and thought, “Hey that looks easy enough”. So I set out on a mission to model this incredibly basic device. I ended up started out with a cube to make the main body of the calculator. I then used a cube and the cloner tool to make all the buttons. It ended up going quick and before I knew it, I had what resembled a calculator.

Robot Spider

I want to mess around with some reflections, so I quickly modeled a robot spider. The spider legs were made by extruding some bezier splines I drew.
